large kids games room, ample swimming pools, quiet location
For the price, the cabin felt over-hyped!!! One air conditioner struggled with the whole space, broken tiles were noticeable, and far too much confusing information on facility hours needs sorting out!!!

The hotel is very clean and has nice bed and linen. It is one of the best and memorable place that we had.
Internet usage is chargeable at AUD20 per 24 hour, which is a little too expensive especially if you only need to use the internet for a few hours, not the whole 24 hours.

We had a fun stay, the hotel was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, with decent location to the race track. Property's breakfast was marvellous with regular prices thereafter and food to be restocked, for instance and could satisfy any taste. We liked spending 1 night here.

Centrally located on Phillip Island. Easy access to tourist attractions and local towns and villages. Quiet setting away from town centre but close to Cowes. Well equipped accommodation.
Poor TV reception/choice of channels. Limited opening of bar/restaurant.

A quiet little and exceptionally comfortable hotel, my first choice in Cowes. Spacious and perfectly clean venue with a great value and very-very nice staff. Marvellous location for my weekend. Walking distance to all the main shops and a supermarket across the street.

Family-friendly quiet retreat
The cabins are spacious and you really vibe with nature, it's tranquil and far enough from the busy lights. Found a nice kitchen setup, dishwasher and all that, made cooking meals easy, just missing a coffee machine to kickstart the mornings.
It wasn't a bargain but for the comfort and setting, it was alright.

Beautiful designed place with excellent Wi-Fi and pizza restaurant. Brand-new, air-conditioned rooms and tiled bathrooms.

It is a good place to relax and wind down
The cabin was surrounded by weeds and anyone walking past could see through our curtains at night. The cabin was not considered worth the amount we paid and there was no shelter from rain on the balcony. We had a lot of passing traffic outside our door and the cabin lacked privacy.

cozy, cozy, cozy
Waking up in the Two-Bedroom Villa was such a treat with fine views of the green fields. Enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching the birds was a magical start to every day. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for family fun, combining relaxation and exercise seamlessly.
can recommend 😊❤️

The room facilities were great for a young family. The back to nature feel of the resort was good also. The facilities available at the resort were also good. Even though we never actually got to use alot of the facilities because we spent most of our time doing sight seeing. But it was great to know that alot was available.
Unfortunately our room was very close to your function centre which made for it hard for our family to get good nights rest. Alot of cars and people making alot of noise. We also had mice in our kitchen which made me wish we brought our cats. A family living behind the fridge and dishwasher. It would be good to provide dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

I almost thought this place could be decent, but the flimsy bedding left me cold while the 'ample' kitchen amenities were basic. No surprise, i never got that complimentary gesture i surely deserved. Talk about being treated like just another guest. Would ve been better at home, thank you very much.

The place was clean and new. a bit different from your average hotel experience.
When we booked we requested a 1 bedroom Villa. When we arrived the hotel had a studio booked instead. Our print-off from Booked.net said one bedroom villa and theirs said studio. They then tried to charge us more for the upgrade. I am not sure who's fault this was but I would recommend anyone using Booked.net to call and confirm all the details of the booking with the hotel.
